Healthcare isn't interested in your health they want to treat your symptoms. Government isn't interested in your health their Ponzi schemes are failing. Medicare and Medicaid is riddled with fraud. So it's up to you to figure out how best to take care of yourself and screw them all.
Fortunately, a lot of studies go on and recent studies shows that Americans would be a lot healthier if they ate more plant-based foods. Eating fruits and vegetables reduce several of the heart diseases as well as cholesterol and diabetes. Some of the basic fruits and vegetables that should be eaten include; beans, bell peppers, blueberries, broccoli's, oranges, grapefruits, grapes, spinach, strawberries, tomatoes, whole grains, olive oil, and nuts like almonds and pistachios. Red wine is also shown to help with cholesterol taken in moderation.
Scientists have studied the different lifestyles around the world and have concluded that the Mediterranean lifestyle is shown to be the healthiest. Part of the Mediterranean lifestyle includes exercise. Walking with friends and family is a common occurrence. walking and exercise are as important as a good diet.
